Helen has more than 30 years of healthcare experience in the commercial and military healthcare across various levels of care, including acute, ambulatory, sub-acute, behavioral and long-term care, as well as payers. She is a recognized thought leader in healthcare informatics as a chief information officer (CIO), leadership coach, consultant, author and international speaker. Ms. Thompson has successfully championed, designed and led the implementation of the clinical information systems to support excellent patient care and served as an advocate for using information technology in the clinical setting. During her career, Helen has assisted 6+ healthcare systems with electronic health record (EHR) implementations and optimizations enabling clinicians and administrators to leverage information technology to drive business value. She also established and operationalized three health information exchanges. She was a member of team that won the 2009 Malcolm Baldrige Award. She has proven experience in collaborating with quality, clinical and medical leaders to ensure physician and staff adoption, create project score cards; metrics tracked improvements in clinical safety and quality improvement, business efficiencies gained, and return on technology investment (ROI).
Helen has served as a Senior VP/IT Advisor, an Interim CTO, Interim CIO and CIO for various organization coaching the executive team and the IT teams on topics like IT Governance, leadership, team building and IT strategy. She has led transformations initiatives for the various organizations allowing them to leverage their technology investments. She a thought leader and published author on best practice models for technology governance with the full engagement of the board and medical staff in technology decision making. Helen also retired from a notable military career, serving as deputy CIO of Strategy and Vision, Naval Reserve Forces; communications officer/CIO, EMF Dallas in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom; and medical CIO assignments for Joint Forces Command Surgeon , Great Lakes Naval Hospital and Naval Medical Center Portsmouth.

Dr. Harr has more than 25 years of healthcare experience in commercial and military healthcare across various levels of care - including acute, ambulatory, sub acute, behavioral and long-term - as well as payers. Dr. Harr is a savvy and dedicated healthcare executive committed to optimizing organizational performance, delivering leading-edge care, and generating exceptional, cost-effective results. He is an accomplished Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgeon with a reputation as a leading physician in the field of minimally invasive robotic techniques. He established an exceptional program ranked #2 in volume in the Mid Atlantic Region and #18 in the United States. Dr. Harr has served as a champion for the use of technology in the care delivery process.
Previously, Dr. Harr has held executive positions at WakeMed Health and Hospitals, Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center, and Atrium Healthcare (formerly Carolinas Medical Center).
Dr. Harr retired from a notable military career as the Medical Officer of the Marine Corps, at the rank of Rear Admiral. He attained an exceptional breadth and depth of experience during his 24-year parallel military and civilian career as a decorated Medical Officer and Physician (general, thoracic, vascular, trauma surgeon) in the U.S. Navy Reserve. As Commanding Officer, 4th Medical Battalion, he directed 450+ medical care personnel.
Additionally, Dr. Harr served as a member of the Leidos-Cerner Clinical Advisory Council, representing the Navy’s interests in developing an Electronic Health Record. This new program launched successfully across all military branches in Q2FY16.
Dr. Harr earned an MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business and a Doctor of Medicine from Wake Forest University School of Medicine. He holds certification with the American Board of Surgery (Cert., 2020) and the American Board of Thoracic Surgery (Cert., 2022). Dr. Harr serves as President of the Wake Forest University School of Medicine Board of Medical Alumni (2016).

He is a 35-year active-duty veteran, with over 9 years of Command experience from Battery to Brigade Command, leading organizations from 100 to 2000 personnel in Army Air Defense operational and institutional-training units, culminating as the Chief of Staff, Army Space and Missile Defense Command.
Dave is an exceptional leader and team builder who has led large, complex, and highly successful teams in the military. A recognized expert in Joint Integrated Army Air and Missile Defense operations from strategic to tactical levels with extensive experience in the Middle East in both peacetime and combat operations as a staff officer and Battalion Commander.

Rich is an experienced senior leader, analyst and planner who has performed mission and capability-based analysis at enterprise and team levels in both government and civilian organizations. The analyses included mission-based infrastructure, organization, manpower, budget, and communication planning. He has extensive experience in managing the development of large, distributed information systems, as well as developing test plans and capability to support interoperability of such infrastructures. Rich is a Retired Navy Captain who has commanded numerous Navy, Joint, and NATO units.
Rich is an experienced program and project manager with a diverse background in many functional areas including Human Resources, Software Development, Systems Development, Systems Design, Systems Deployment, IT infrastructure integration, and organizational design. These projects and programs included, multi-year efforts with multinational, distributed teams in complex stakeholder environments.
Rich has led in many segments of the IT environment including software development and maintenance, ERP management, IT infrastructure, and systems integration. He was the Chief Information Officer for a U.S. Government multi-agency task force and an IT Infrastructure Director for a seven-billion-dollar IT firm.

Barbara manages the Business Operations for The RockWood Group, Inc. (RWG), from HR to Finance, ensuring an efficient, top tier experience for our clients. In her undergraduate experience, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Missouri Western State University, followed by a Master of Business Administration from Baker University in her graduate education. Barbara has training in clinic coding through the American Academy of Professional Coders , as she spent much of her college years actively working in the hospital setting (ROI, Clinic coding, Registration, and the Emergency Department). This work experience planted the seeds of passion for Healthcare and Technology that she carries with her today and provided her very first hands-on experience working within the electronic health record.
Prior to working for RWG, Barbara expanded on that passion during her 9.5 years at Cerner Corporation (Cerner). Her experience spans the consulting space in Physician Advancement, Nursing Advancement, and EHR Data Analysis. During her time, she helped build the foundation of newly formed teams, while developing processes to improve efficiencies and effectiveness in solution delivery. She became a trusted partner for her clients, helping them utilize data in a more meaningful way organization wide.
